RENTALS
The Crosby County Pioneer Memorial Museum offers two rooms for rentals.
Auditorium:
The auditorium is a 5,400 sq. ft. room which can be used for weddings, reunions, banquets, etc. The auditorium can hold up to 250 people.
The auditroium rents for:
$150.00 for the first 75 people
$2.50 per person above 75
For example if you wanted 100 people at your event the cost would be $150 + (25X2.50)=$212.50.
Please be prepared to tell us how you want the auditorium set-up (long tables, round tables, head tables, serving tables) and how many to set-up for. If you are not sure about the number attending at the time of booking please let us know within two (2) weeks of your rental date. We will charge you for how many you tell us to set-up for regardless if you have that amount or not.
PARTY ROOM
The Party Room is a 640 sq. ft. room that can be used for small meetings, baby showers, etc. The Party Room can hold up to 30 people.
The Party Room rents for $50.
We also have a full kitchen that can be rented. There is a charge of $50 if you are preparing your meal in the kitchen. There is no charge for just using the microwave or heating up food.
We ask that you take everything that you bring in with you when you leave and that all trash is picked up from the tables/floor and taken to the dumpster. Please leave the auditorium/party room the way you found it.
There is no alcohol permitted on the museum grounds or in the museum. Please do not smoke in the building. There is also no dancing allowed in the auditorium or party room.
